Iron Will+Soul Cultivation+COP bros about to one up TW by showing they are just as goated. The real challenge is can we name our spell something as metal as TW's album? Also you can only soul cultivate from NS onwards. Everyone seems to **** their pants when it comes to soul cultivation whether that's doing it or facing it, I wonder why?
I don't know what to tell you. It wasn't there during my previous play and now the symbols are mentioned.

I always thought of it as similar to human brain wrinkles. Like those symbols indicate the cognitive power of the dao seed. I imagine it being something like the first time Wu Heir actually put in some effort to individually comprehend something without completely relying on the dao seed, even though it was an incomplete comprehension. The dao seed probably went like "damn dude, you actually learned something without my help. lemme take notes on that for posterity".
Yeah, but this is what I was trying to comment on a few days back. Because we all know that a dao sprout gives you a dao treasure, and I was wondering whether these symbols would impact the nature of the treasure you would get.
I also got those symbols to appear, they only do so if you comprehend it on your own, I probably didn't see those symbols, sorry for that.

I think these symbols are an effect of learning immortal magic at mere dao seed level, like our dao seed is at the extreme end of the transcendent grade, even higher than TW but Immortal magic probably requires a Dao Tree or Dao Forest and insane amounts of time to learn and us forcing the enlightenment and comprehending it on our own is probably causing the Dao Seed to mutate. My theory is that since people who have multiple dao will have to merge them into one at some point, TW had the Dao of Heaven/Creation whereas we are moving towards something even more powerful like the Dao of Primordial Chaos (which is the origin of all other dao) or the Dao of Absolute Nothingness (as the symbols only appear upon completely turning the dummy to nothingness). Another theory I have is that It could also be an effect of our Physique, mainly that physique (for the first time ever) is finally seeing something It has difficulty and (considering how arrogant our Dao Seed is and how much of a Diva our physique is) the solution it found was to enhance our talent itself (due how malleable our newly formed dao seed is). The best example of what I am talking about would be a 500 IQ person talking permanent NZT 48 or a brain creating creating more neurons to enhance itself.

A Bunch of kills still don't grant Qi right? For example the rogue ambush and the first tournament stage? With certain choices I mean.
Only if you don't kill them if I'm not mistaken. Rogue Ambush you can kill the last rogue which gives 40 Unrefined Qi(Mortal).
Free for all also gives the Qi of those you kill, walking towards the center of you select to hunt and kill MAs, killing the Shadow Guy, killing Liu Mogger, 1v12 or DES(DES only counts after the DB, though).
The only one I don't remember now is the 6 little shits from Havoc we fight to gain the Moon Goddess blessing, but I imagine it gives too.
Just adding some things here; I asked in the discord and the Dao TW encompassed after the Dao Merge at immortality and reaching Godhood is the Dao of Obsession.
So we could pass though the Dao Merge and develop the Dao of Creation too, would be a interesting contrast to Sovereign's Dao of Erasion/Destruction. But Dao of Primordial Chaos is also good and fitting(For those who don't know our "Chaos Origin Physique" is originated from the same Primordial Chaos as the Heavens).
Also, explaining the Dao Merge, although LB already had explained it in the book, before Immortality our Dao doesn't belongs to us but rather to the Heavens/A God. After reaching Immortality our Dao now definitely is ours and is taken out the hand of the Heavens.
Our Immortal Body would be the vessel of our Dao(For TW and his Dao of Obsession, for example), meanwhile reaching Godhood is to become this very Dao rather than a simple vessel.

you have to be at least NS to start soul cultivating, but you don't have to be NS to be a soul cultivator.............
And for **** their pants thing . It is already explained in game. So not because it far surpass Body refiners or Dao (soul is effective against body. Body is effective against dao. Dao is effective against Soul) Instead just a bunch of weirdos with there weirdo techniques.
