I actually didn't like that our only options were to pull the "This is for your own good :(" stuff. I hope Fang can tell it was only 90% of the truth when I told him I hated everything about him...

I mean, he needs to reduce workload somewhow. I dont blame him for making the routes mutually exclusive. Would it be nice to play both sides? Absolutely. Not everyone is anon when it comes to branching. I wont mind as long as Niki gives us an out from LB's soul slaving and benefits to enduring said slaving. Besides, LB would have found out about Yan soon after enslaving MC anyway.

Just have two runs i made two saves one where I go with LB and allow her soul in and the other where I say no and get out of rogue path while Still being with yue clan
 
I think 40% of the players who play the Yue path are doing it for lil bro Fang (me), the other 40% are doing it just for the RO (we'll get lots of content with her trust), and the last 20% are doing it just because they don't like the rouges or empire (they also dont like the Yues but not nearly as much) and also don't want to go neutral.1000113427.jpg

Niki removed Intelligence stat for a reason. He'd rather remove it than write around it. Or maybe its another concern of workload for him.

Because apparently Tang Ruo, who got mogged by one palm strike from YG just what - a week or two before, will somehow advance to be more powerful than him in just a few weeks because of Heaven granted luck?

In my opinion, it would've been way better to state that it's his dragon stuff that gives him that ability, since it's not one but hundreds of dragon souls locked inside him. Like invent some bullshit about how Yichen has been unlocking Ruo's dragon power more quickly and radically since he saw the Wu Heir's progression and **** his pants (like the POV states). But no - it's apparently all luck granted by the Heavens.

LB was lying to get us to accept the soulrape. Nobody actually knows jacksquat about our true power and growth rate. She said we have no trump card, well then why is it showing that we have Realm Annihilating Fist? We will get the improved version of those 2 spells from our dao seed anyway.

I mean It makes sense, You start soul cultivation at NS and pure cultivation after that point would render your qi core and body essentially useless against higher tier cultivator so just consume them to benefit the soul. It could also be that a weak qi core and a weak body somehow hold the soul back from reaching it's true potential, and that's why you gotta get rid of them, it would also explain why the sovereign could cultivate all three paths as there was no bottleneck.

Why would I want a tsundere scheming alchemist, or one of the most prized younglings in the Celestial Realm, or even an psychopathic Immortal yandere, when exists a pseudo-eldritchian creature that shares my face and would dismember me and devour my heart while I sleep?

Jokes aside, it's mostly because LDQ is the most impressive "Pomarian", outside Ruo and Wu Heir, as being only one year older than both and standing roughly at same level since the Exposition(As she is portrayed as the third strongest MH).


Anyway, changing the talk to something more productive, the scene of Shengjue bullying LDQ bring me the idea that, perhaps, the Yin-Yang Physique can nullify negative side-effects of Alchemicals concoctions, something that would fit with the context of the Yin-Yang Physique being portrayed as a physique tied to alchemy in the Exposition.

I meant more as in how do you cultivate all three paths to their peak if Soul Cultivation requires you to disperse your Dantian and then Body to reach its peak.

I guess cultivating Soul last maybe? Seems kinda funny to me though, first max out Qi, then Body, and then just get rid of all that to become pure Soul. Or maybe they will them back into existence afterwards? Seems kinda redundant.

I don't visualise it as LB saying you need(As she doesn't say that directly), but rather that usually they(Spiritualists) do it to focus on one rather than spreading and end up with three poor foundations, crippling their long term cultivation in the process.
As practicing more than one path at once is extremely expensive, not everyone has the resources of doing it, as LB herself said.
