I think she wants to crush it, destroy it rather than want it lol.Also I am pretty sure the artifact is a multiplier sort of so it's tier is way higher the stronger the person the better it will be.

Yeah that's what I meant, why does she want to destroy it? It's the only unique thing about Tigress and only let her use a skill one time as a mortal. I'm being generous calling it a houtian grade artifact
