It happens in almost all video games, you get rich af from grinding and using exploits but that doesn't really translate much into game until you progress long enough to unlock better merchants and op gear. It's worse for us cuz we have to wait longer for the story to progress. I remember some time ago people complained about not being able earn any gold and now people are complaining about having too much gold and being unable to use it.

It's a lose-lose situation in a WIP.

Man, how long has this been a wip and how many words does it have? This is supposed to be only the beginning, no?
Also, we will actually never see the end this way, the amount of time it takes for every update is huge, we may never really reach version 1.0.0

It's only a lose lose because nicky won't allow us to use our full power in anything, it would become a large win if we could actually do stuff with what we have

That would require nicky to lock in and remember who's the actual main character of POMA. World War 3 is more likely to happen than Wu Bum achieving 0,000001% of his talent

Man, and Nicky then has the audacity to say that tang ruo progressess without effort and that wu bum is the one who works and trains against the heavens hurdles to become what ge is.
Really, although Dao Ascension has literally no power progression and some serious typos, i think i may actually prefer the mc to Wu bum.

Note: i have a side story to share, against all common reason and intelligence and maybe some ethics i made a 7 year old cousin of mine play the first part of the game, his reaction was: when will we learn the spinjitsu?

Well, maybe we should learn to cook so that wu bum dosen't have to eat in sect restaurant (although he owns one) and maybe we should also find a way to fly or teleport, maybe through a very costly artifact or through a very qi costly method just so that we don't have to WALK in the damn streets like NORMAL people, damnit even tang ruo who is capable of both walks like people.
