It's been a while since I played it but I think so??? I remember you had an SO and as you progress, you get flashbacks of what happened with them before crashlanding on the alien planet.Is there any romance in it at all?

Iirc, there are 2 human options for the humanphiles amongst us, 1 for the Xenophiles and sadly no chances to enter Pound Town with the robots(having the greatest character be an AI companion in your head and not be able to jump their Quantum bones is a tragedy on par with the burning of the Library of Alexandria). Of course, take all this with a grain of salt since it's been a while since my playthrough and my memory is shoddy at best.

There is no romance except your spouse from the past that you get from flashbacks. Initially romance was part of the story but was later abandoned by the author, hence why the first half have romance options but was abandoned half-way.
