Update: Blink
A/N: The update includes the final scenes for chapter 1; it ended up not being a very choice-heavy update and on the shorter side, but the first part of chapter 2 should make up for that.
Unfortunately saves won't work. I thought I was being smart making all the variables temp for the last update without thinking about the fact that they are actually needed for the rest of the story, so I had to update the files to make them actual variables. Sorry about that!
The demo includes the below:
- A reunion.
- See how messed up you got.
- POV's (Honestly maybe to many.)
- Dreams.

Knight of Grünhaven has you playing as a newly knighted... Knight who goes on to compete in the Royal Tournament with the hopes of acquitting yourself well to earn the favour of the Royal Family, perhaps. I like this WiP IF, reminds me of A Squire's Tale(which, for all you Hackett fans must know, is one of my favourite IFs).

New IF: Icarus and The Suns (Prologue + Act 1)
Summary:
Five years ago you and your father were imprisoned in a tower for a crime he committed against the crown. But, on the eve of your long-awaited escape, an unexpected visitor arrives – your goddess mother, a figure who you've never met before. A shocking request falls from her lips, and suddenly you're travelling across a steampunk world based loosely on ancient Greece, with the help of two and a half sun gods who want to find your missing cousin. And, as if that isn't enough, you're being haunted by an unknown deity that hails you as their chosen hero.
In these early chapters you can:
- create your version of Icarus, the player character, including their name, gender, appearance and clothes preference.
- meet your mother (one of five minor goddesses) and take on a mission on her behalf
- begin discovering the secrets your father has been keeping about himself and your family
- interact with the first two potential romance options
- break out of prison
- hear a prophesy???

Summary:
You are the last surviving descendant of the long line of house Draconian.
After being locked away in a tower for ten and a half decades by the same man who murdered your family, you manage to escape with the help of an eldritch being.
Now you find yourself in a strange new world, having to hide your inhuman traits while doing quests for people who would turn you in without a second thought.
Will you find happiness, or will you drown in despair?

Separated and forced to flee, you’re once again released into the world without your master’s hand to guide you. Only now, he is no longer the only one adept at the unsanctioned arcane arts.

New IF: The Curtain Never Falls (Prologue)
Summary:
Fresh back from the great war, you now find yourself scrambling to figure out how to continue with life. Like those who exist, not live, and like those who find themselves lost, you turn to big brother – the police department. Being a detective seems like a good idea, right? Push some papers, ogle at the pretty assistants, catch a few robbers, and maybe acquire a pension.
Yeah, no, what detective story is accurate to actual detective work? Come on we need drama, intrigue, high stakes!
A new opera production is coming to New York after an astounding success in France, it’s the talk of the city, the papers, the radio! It’s the most anticipated event of the year! However, nobody could anticipate one star found overdosed in their penthouse turning into three more showing up at the morgue. Illegal activities happen all the time, but can the show still go on? Well one might conclude it can go on when a deceased victim stumbles up the steps of the station alive.
Who’s lying on the mortician’s table? The traits match, the prints match, so did the murder even happen? With many questions to unravel, can you uncover who's behind these disappearances?
Features:
- Customizable appearance, gender (male, female, or trans/nonbinary), and orientation (straight, gay, bisexual, asexual and/or aromantic, or go without labels) – NOTE: female player characters and queer player characters will have different experiences due to period-typical discrimination
- Have a background as a soldier, medic, or mechanic, and have more chances to build your skills in different areas of expertise (strength, intelligence, charisma, luck, medicine, and intuition)
- Build your detective’s personality and reputation: are they a good cop? Bad cop? Do they solve problems through working with others or going solo? Personalities will also impact interrogation and witness questioning outcomes.
- Solve mysterious cases through crime scene investigation, managing interviews, following leads, and working through puzzles on your evidence board (with a complimentary red string!)
- Romance seven characters (3 male/3 female/1 gender-selectable) your arrogant crime solving partner, a kindhearted informant, an aloof dramaturge, a charming jazz musician, an awkward mortician, and a crazy old friend who’s ended up a likely suspect.
