I second that. There's this one called save editor for Stardew valley made by some guy called Chad Smith. It's no longer updated however it's still very much compatible with the current version of SV and it has really convenient features like timeskip. You just need to have Zarchiver...Plus there are also existing tools on GitHub and literally everywhere.
