Quick question – anyone here compare mods from HappyMod vs the ones shared on this site?

Hey everyone,

I've been using mods from Choice of Mods for a while (huge thanks to the uploaders here ), but I've also seen a lot of ChoiceScript game mods pop up on HappyMod apk recently – especially for games like Choice of Rebels, Zombie Exodus, and The Great Tournament.

Out of curiosity, has anyone here tried both sources? I'm wondering about:

• Stability – Do HappyMod versions crash more often?
• Features – Do they have the same stat boosts/menu options as the mods posted here?
• Safety – Any red flags I should watch out for?

I'm not asking for links or promoting anything – just hoping to hear personal experiences. I'd much rather support the modders on this forum directly if the quality is better. But sometimes I see games on HappyMod that don't have a thread here yet, so I get tempted.

What's your take? Stick with Choice of Mods exclusively, or is HappyMod a decent backup?

Yeah I’ve tried both, and honestly it really comes down to trust and consistency. Platforms like HappyMod feel a bit more structured since mods are user-tested and rated, which helps filter out some bad files. But even then, it’s still a third-party source, so there’s always some risk involved.


Mods shared directly on forums like this can actually be better sometimes because you can see real discussions, feedback, and updates from the uploader—but you have to be more careful and check comments before downloading.


Personally, I just go with whichever has more active feedback and recent replies
