It will focus heavily on the military campaign. Romance, domestic policies, and personal relationship will be very minimal if there are any.

Oh that's fine then , maybe cata didn't want to focus much on personal relationships and romance or else the story would get significantly longer.

I do wish we got an option to romance someone, even if with only brief scenes. Seeing the Marshals mentioned as getting married - even Davout! - makes me feel bad for my MC lol

Historically, Davout was married to Louise-Aimée-Julie Leclerc which made him part of Napoleon's extended family, as such I'm certain these things will be mentioned.

Nope cata said in cog forum that the only path in the end is retire with the bourbon if you against napoleon or keep playing with napoleon as your leader during Waterloo. The ending after Waterloo will be different depending how is your relationship with every faction.

Only two paths ? So mc wouldn't get titles like a duchy , kingdom, or anything ? Even if mc was an aristocrat?

Not in current demo, later in released full version Mc can get tittle like duchy or kingdom. Cata already write that on his website blog and in on cog forum, you can check there if you want because it faster than speculation and asking here because most information is there
