Nope, later on youll be able to unlock them through achivments and stuff when they are in the game

Pawchive link has been updated with the full Friedland + Tilsit update, rejoice! Sadly, only field officers in Lannes' V Corps get to fight in Friedland, while Generals in Soult's IV Corps will capture (and possibly plunder) Konigsberg. Marshals unfortunately get the short end of the stick with neither Friedland nor Konigsberg.

You almost get to storm Konigsberg but Soult stops you, then Napoleon summons III Corps to Friedland but the fighting is already over by the time you arrive, and Konigsberg also falls to IV Corps at the same time. In the end, you get neither.
