Can't you just edit the stats directly into the dev console? No mod menu required.

Seriously, not only coding such a long game with multiple playthrough styles seemed like an impossibility in the past decade, but the sheer amounts of 00s era dark fantasy vibes this game brings is worth every minute of playing.
