if you are on pc then use inspect elements to manually mod the stats, or use developer tools in kiwi browser if you play it on mobile phone
You don't have to install it. You can play it by using the link and password in the leaks thread
And you can't really install it like an apk file. If you want to turn it into an html file than you have to download all the files in linkurlofgame/scenes and compile them with something I don't remember now (dm the ones who have posted html files in leaks thread for more info)
Go to developer tools to modify stats (or watch a tutorial video on youtube on where to find developer tools)
