This is a desktop mod, all you gotta do is unzip the file with 7zip or WinRAR after downloading it and play the .exe

It's an .exe, you don't need an app to run it, just double-click it and off to the races you go.

It depends on the phone, if you have an Android phone, you need to grab the Android version and go from there(I am not an Android user, so I can't help much on that front) but if you have an IOS device like me, it's pretty tough luck.
