I can't find the description (manual) of the mod menu. I have it in the game, but no idea of how to use it and what it does.

Gender will be brought up later on.]......ok It's pretty obvious that the person who wrong this game is extremely uneducated because if they were educated, then they would know that *** and GENDER are the same and no matter what twisted logic you tryna use that's not gonna change
