Writers are not obligated to finish their work but I hate when people attempt to make a commitment to something and don't go through with it.
You made a commitment, no one forced you to do so but then you leave said commitment without any valid excuse.
Then again, everyone is different.

If you haven't read through Ravima's route yet I recommend to do so just for a big spoiler related to the main plot about this whole blaming MC thing. (But if you'd rather know now I'll spill it with the spoiler tag here!)
