Though I'm not sure why author won't save their important data on something online. Like I am writing my game's script on Notion, I also noted down my plot stories, character profiles, literally everything on my Notion. The good thing is that Notion is free, and you can access it through mobile or PC.
... I am not advertising Notion btw.
