Easy way is to download it on play store then use choicescript player, this works for every cog and have mod menu and save and load system.

Just search choicescript player here to download, then also download the game in play store and then import from installed game in choicescript. Then you have it, but it choicescript is not perfect some mods or save and load doesn't work depending on the game.

If anybody has already made a save menu I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd send me a download. I would do it myself but I don't know how to add a save menu, and I'm not planning on learning right now
