I can buy the game and such being it came out today but once bought how do you even link the game to have it modded?
The game all ready have a cheat menu
Thanks Subzero, I did not know the game had a cheat menu in it already.
But still have unlocked full game 
I have the game now, though a save menu with the modded menu would be awesome. I bought it directly from COG I do not know if this is what is needed for it to be modded but here is the link to the game https://www.choiceofgames.com/user-contributed/velocity/
