No, but yes.

Out of the blue, the author announced on 13.6.24 that he had started working on it, but he has not updated anything regarding it since then.

Ah, I know he's been working on other games like The Vampire Regent and Unsupervised but didn't know whether he'd knocked this on the head.

Hopefully he'll come out of the blue after a few years absence and announce he is done like the Sword of Rhivenia author.
