The process of unlocking the Shadowlords is straightforward. You need to meet two conditions: have two companions and either have high "The Litany has Failed" or "Find Purpose through Dignity." After that, visit the statue of Vahagn in the Barrows. On the other hand, accessing the Ghost Council can be quite frustrating. First, you must ensure your Spirituality is over 50 or your Litany is below 50 (ideally, both conditions should be met), as they value spiritual seekers who challenge old traditions. However, here’s the tricky part: you must complete the Calendar of Selardi, which requires you to collect three pieces (iirc). These pieces are missable, and if you miss them, the only way to obtain them again is to start a new game, by chapter 6-7 you will have all the pieces.
