Could someone clear up a doubt for me? I thought part 4 was the one that was released, but I can only play up to part 3.

Part 4 was indeed released but after every part ( post saving you have to start again from the main menu)

I know that but it keeps happening

Can we please get the newest update bug fixed 4.0.10 I really love the mod menu option

Aside from the bugfixing there is also adding the new items, new upgrades, and probably other stuff.

Just give it a while.
