Styles are inherently stronger and weaker lol being combat oriented means having an advantage in a fight that is how you define it lol and show what style is stronger,the game proves it Anon's statements prove it lol just like how Kii is the most versatile style and is the king outside combat.

Dude you again parroted what I have said so many times yes it is well known Anon's favorite style is mido no **** he has never hidden the fact lol and yeah it also means in fight yeah in a FIGHT Mido and Akakiru are stronger just like outside the fights kii and kuro are the best ignoring the literal truth of the lore is crazy work a person can be the strongest regardless of the style but styles always will have the fact that one is stronger and other isn't.
When default attack, defense,speed and soul have been defined lol to say otherwise is to just ignore what information we have.
Can a kii user beat a mido user? Yes infact they have the best shot at consistently beating a mido user compared to others styles because of hax you can have and still the fight is in favour of the mido if we take an average vs average person
So yeah mido is a big advantage for a fighter , similarly like Akakiru is while Kii and Kuro gives you opportunities outside of fighting.

Kii and kuro being lowest in battle but top tier in support and things outside of fighting.
So once again an individual can be top tier regardless of the style he has but styles are inherently stronger or weaker just like how certain styles are inherently more useful outside the fight.If anything kuro and kii players winning and besting other styles in a straight fight makes the person look better because their style is at inherit disadvantage here lol it makes the individual shine and proves how great they are.

Theoretically 4 (5 for a bonus as a meme) but I plan to make book 1 a sort of stand alone story instead of a cliffhanger requiring the others.

How will that work exactly? I understand that book 1 will end in a satisfactory manner, but since book 1 is 'sort of a stand alone story', would that mean people could just start from book 2 if they wanted to get into the series?

Also, is the Aoyusumu Transformation not affected by following Demonic Cultivation (being a Fallen Saint)? It certainly seems like the one we got is the goody-two-shoes version of it no matter what.

Yeah but overall the things have been made clear mido and Akakiru are the styles of fighting as I said the strongest person can be from any style yet In a fight the advantage is heavily for mido and Akakiru because of how their general stats itself are the point is removing a person from the equation what are the styles by their own? Kii as you said is top at long range but that is it's only good at soul which is long distance yes but overall it isn't the style at the top for fighting same for kuro while mido and Akakiru are literally fighting styles.
It's like saying mido's pet taming and leadership strat makes them equally good outside fights but that is a lie sure Mido has some uses but Kiihakai and Kuro are the ones who are actually best at it overall with kii deffo being number 1 and Kuro being 2.


So yeah anyone can be strongest regardless of style but it doesn't take away what style is stronger and what is weaker Just like kuro and kii shine outside fighting it's made that way for a reason mido and Akakiru majorly only have fighting so these two styles need to be the apex of it like Akakiru and mido having the highest attack by default and Mido having the highest defence too and speed second only to kuro.Like I said there is actual explanation and statements proving it and the evolution of these style the stronger you go only prove it even more as mido becomes almost unkillable.Plus Akakiru and mido are actual martial artists all mido sect or schools have a martial art style(wrestling ,mma and others)of fighting while Akakiru has the way of the sword in many forms other styles have it too especially Aoyu but not to those two styles levels ,the point is Mido and Akakiru are all about fighting only so that's why they are made to be best at it.
