I'm gonna be real with you king there are a lot of edgy teenagers in the IF scene and I'm sure you're aware the discord for AC is a cesspit, but don't let that destroy your enjoyment of anything.

I get it, i have given AC multiple chances but now I am just tired of this.
Those flags were put there to prevent errors from the game breaking, and they're not difficult to remove. I don't why you keep mentioning this when there has already been someone who successfully modded it proving the game wasn't actually homophobic.

I had no idea about that whole code thing, but does it really carry enough weight to outright categorize this narrative story and its author as "anti-gay"?
I mean... as a gay man who deeply enjoyed the story, I haven't found any subtext or message that could be classified as inherently discriminatory or hateful. Even rereading the more than 4,000 messages on the discussion forum, he's never been disrespectful or hateful about it, not even showing any irony or malice by giving a thumbs down. He simply says he doesn't feel comfortable about it due to his own inexperience with narrative romance.

I'd be tempted to agree with you, but the fact that you considered the conversation to have been reduced to trash when the moderator finally called some members out for some disgusting and blatantly hateful behavior and not when those users launched straight into spewing anti-LGBT political crap when it was completely irrelevant is quite illustrative of the double standards that many people here operate with.
About that... I am sure other sane people will love to explain to you, the context about why this drama is happening. I don't disagree with you. I too fell for this at first. But the more I looked into it the more i got to this point of hate.
No one has a victim mindset here just smoothing out some untrue rumours plus I doubt you have even looked at the aura clash code yourself, you immediately jumped to one side and stuck to it without considering maybe it wasn't completely true. I would back down immediately if you said "I have personally looked through the code and have repeatedly tried to mod it. Please try to consider that maybe it's not as it first seemed, I'm saying this respectfully.

There's a difference between intentionally stopping modding because it messes up game variables and being homophobic. In fact when asking Cultivator-anon himself about this "anti-gay code".He said some had approached him about this and he even offered to help them out but when he found out those same people were slandering him about this anti-gay thing he got pissed off
Don't pretend that what mattered to you was that both "sides" were criticized equally when the transgressions on both sides are not of the same gravity. I've seen that false desire for "impartiality" that coincidentally only appears when the person who committed a transgression or disrespect receives punishment or a reprimand.
By the way, expecting absolute impartiality is an unrealistic expectation, since human beings don't exist in the ether, oblivious to our surroundings.
Please show us and by everybody do you mean, everyone who's hating or who are you referring to.
