Do you guys upgrade your fleet in Nanhou btw? I keep mine as transport ships because I'm too scared of the writ of favor. I only like to take, not give

On the other hand I do want my ships to match Callous Armada so I'm conflicted as hell here.

The Harbour Master's Writ of Favour will be an extra adventure the MC will have to undertake, so in other words. More content to play.

I always take the upgrade because the Junkships are basically a combination of all the other ship types put together(Combat, Transport & Merchant).

Regarding the topic of fleet management, could someone tell me what the best jobs are for each type of boat and what the reward is for each job (those involving boats)?

It's been a hot minute since I last played but it really depends on what you want.

I like Boats​

So I do a 40:40 split on Piracy and Deep Sea Salvage for the extra chance of getting additional ships for my fleet. The remaining ships I use go towards Merchant transporting with Dou Nohal for that glorious money and Nahou Patrols for reputation with Nahou's Waverunner Sect.
