Unlikely. But maybe you can become a pseudo-true vessel if you take away all the White Tiger chi from all the false vessels AND the true vessel (Brass Tiger).
I do wonder what's the repercussion of doing so would be. It kinda feel like another form of Demonic Cultivation what with doing so (absorbing White Tiger chi) being optional, the Taios urging you by saying "What are you waiting for? Power is power", and the nature of the White Tiger itself.
It is rather hilarious how you can have Sacred chi (Aoyusumu), Jade Dragon chi (JDF or Jade Lotus Foundation), White Tiger chi (a fallen Pillar), and Demonic chi simultaneously.

I'm also still trying to justify not choosing Eldra as my mentor, (because it feels like a trick how good it is) so if anyone that's not a lunargoth/demonic or on a 10 athletics build can tell me their reasoning for choosing Yang or Kaito, I'd appreciate it.
Eldra herself says you need Yang and Yin elements for Harmony, which sounds like a potential problem but then you have an option to get a third element, so the issue is immediately solved am I wrong?
This could be me overthinking it because apparently most people get like +1 core or poison immunity like Manzo from their foundation but I can't help it...

Oh right. I should mention Eldra doesn't watch over her sister like she watches over her husband. So I guess she wasn't that happy about meeting you again. If you don't want to get kidnapped just choose her as your mentor.
For me despite Kaitos ultimate being complete *** in my opinion I still end up choosing him for the regeneration and Immortality, also with the hopes that I'll actually get to learn more than just one skill from his foundation.
100X weighed clothing+ Explosive cores seems like a really good synergy mix.

When buying it says Soul Technique but it is focused to the Agility core.

We'll have to just wait and see because right now Eldra has an edge but we haven't really gotten a chance to for the other mentors to shine
Eldra is the best pick when you're JDF, Zhao Yang even acknowledge it.
As for normal MC, Zhao Yang is the best when you're a demonic kiihakai lunargoth. His teaching can increase your inner hellscape to 1000 and double your rune tattoo buff, not to mention his kii teaching means you won't have to waste custom tech slot in the future.
Funny enough, Kaito is actually worse for mido MC since his beast taming is something you can learn yourself in the future.

Aa far as I remember there is:
-Musashi, Leona's sword that you get as an Akakiru during battle with Jack in the Dragon Trial.
-Shishido, the Kusarigama (the chained sickle) that you get during Guiren's mission.
-Járngreipr, the lunargothic handwraps that you get in Sakura's mansion if Jin got them for you during his section.
Also, yes, you get a little AP from picking the bo staff as a monkey yokai.
Just a correction which will likely be fixed soon but jade Lotus gives Jade chi without the dragon part it is supposed to be Jade chi lacking any of the Draconic essence that JDF's chi has when we do get polish of this chapter it will look clearer .
So does blacksmith and trapper background have some special stuff too like herbalist has bubblebrew business?
