7 could be 8 too lol but all top 5 will always score atleast 7 in all according to anon they are trained Enough in the ways to be Excel at lore, alchemy etcHow much point goro, brass tiger and jack would scored in snake trial ?
Isn't this supposed to be more about knowledge than power ?
If that's WOG from anon, then I'm sorry, that's dumb as hell. Presumably, if you picked Midorikatai you either want to do animal stuff or you want to be super buff. Why in the world is the foundation that focuses on both of those things objectively the worst choice for a Midorikatai build? He didn't invest in mido regeneration it's Redundant for him too he can stall whatever he wants for a good time as long as there will be back up.
So mido regeneration ability takes time and also mastery he doesn't have to worry about that but for a mido mc who has all the choice in the world he is better off taking Eldra's stuff and later invest in mido regeneration mastery himself.
It isn't the best for it tho lol a mido shouldn't even get injuries in the first place. If that's WOG from anon, then I'm sorry, that's dumb as hell. That's like making a strength build in a game and the devs purposefully making the best strength weapon locked behind having super low strength.
I feel like you're forgetting your beasts will have a style and at least 2 elements too. So having a one size fits all won't actually be a problem.I could see having multiple pets be useful as the types of environments start to become more varied. For example, it'll probably be hard to use a land based Beast in a fight against a primarily flying opponent. So having one main pet and then having one flying and one swimming pet feels like it could be useful if you're going all in on the Beast training aspect of Midorikatai.
Also, I don't see any reason why Midorikatai and Flayed God regeneration wouldn't stack? Kaito has had centuries to figure out both techniques so if anyone could figure out how to do it, I feel like it would be him.
Why do you think the others would be lacking in knowledge?Isn't this supposed to be more about knowledge than power ?
Jack and other would do well in this too ?
Then why do Mido get regen in the first place? It isn't the best for it tho lol a mido shouldn't even get injuries in the first place.
If this was 1 book thing then sure, I wouldn't care so much. But seeing as how Mido Regen is a future book thing, then someone coming into it blind will have to replay multiple books to just make a different choice. So sure if you want it early go for it and you also get immorality with it but again we as the player know we will be able to succeed and get there lol so if you are building your mido character with the player knowledge it is redundant
I mean they also seem to know what each trial will entail and prepare accordingly. So I can see how they get 7 in every trial.Isn't this supposed to be more about knowledge than power ?
Jack and other would do well in this too ?
Because body manipulation of mido makes it possible and yeah not all top mido users go for it some see it as something they don't need an Ideal mido user shouldn't get injured just like how an ideal Akakiru user should cut through anything and yet we know both can fail so my point was about how it is seen in universe. Then why do Mido get regen in the first place?

Like again, this is punishing players for speccing into the things they want their character to do.
I'm sorry it's just so funny to think about wasting time when you're immortal in all ways hahahahahe isn't wasting his time
Hey could have fooled me.if anything everyone knows mido is the one who gets most love from anon because it is his favorite style.
Also the only style who can force Jack to bring out his transformation themselves.Hey could have fooled me.
Looks at cursed style getting a free battle AP gaining skill, 3 free perception increases and dual wielding along with some extra AP increases and Lightbringer summon.
Gang we mido users get a whole unique transformation that no else has and will have its own explanations and special events and growth.Hey could have fooled me.

I mean, if you can get something else aside from Regen with Mido then that's fine.Because body manipulation of mido makes it possible and yeah not all top mido users go for it some see it as something they don't need an Ideal mido user shouldn't get injured just like how an ideal Akakiru user should cut through anything and yet we know both can fail so my point was about how it is seen in universe.
As for the the punishment tho you can literally get it right now it is just you could get half part of it(the regen part) later it is all about if you want to wait or not really as a mido or kii player. So I don't see it and I have mido runs as my main I don't feel I am punished if anything everyone knows mido is the one who gets most love from anon because it is his favorite style.
So punishing players idk man you will be strong asf no matter what lol we are talking about optimal which isn't even remotely needed so where is the punishment when your build can beat anything so yeah go for whatever you want for RP and you will still win but when we talk about something being optimal obviously it will be better than other builds and again why care about it when you are already winning your RP isn't affected by it.
Apparently yeah it is the only wayAlso, question, will our Oni's tail be something we have to hide forever? Like - is demonic cultivation the only way an Oni can get a tail?

I mean as of now gameplay wise it definitely feels like Cursed style gets the most stuff though.Gang we mido users get a whole unique transformation that no else has and will have its own explanations and special events and growth.
Don't be so greedy(assuming you are mido user you get direct statements from anon about being strongest in a fight lol or having the highest attack and durability by default in game)
Once again kuro gets the stuff because it needs it to fight people lol it cannot win a normal duel against Akakiru or Mido so all of this stuff is what you need to be viable.
Sure you can I think via the talisman permanent or temporary depends on whose token you use and also read how it goes jack bodies mc so bad the only transformation which gets beat up so yeah that is exactly why it needs all the help lol.Btw cursed style mc can apparently transform before Jack.

I play Kiihakai mostly. Unless I am taking some things for granted right now, I don't remember getting anything truly special on Kiihakai path.(The unimplemented scrying could be something I guess). We don't even get to have The Last Dream something made through Kiihakai and the extra reward for Desdemona quest is a technique which gives silver. And its not even that much.
I mean, the fact you can be a Kitsune, which is stated verbatim to be some weird cross between spirit, beast and human, and that you retain your inner spiritual powers + the cores, where Misuka states that having cores is a formality for you, didn't raise any questions before? It does make me question the line between beast and spirit though.
