Wait, does each style have elements that are suitable for them or have synergy with? Cause I honestly just thought that it's a random thing and you can just mash anything together and just call it a day.

My most picked elements are Fire and Storm with almost every build I have, but I'm not really sure if they have synergy.

Do certain "elemental combos" work better when paired no matter what style you have?

Yeah a few elements enhance the effects of certain styles. The ones I can think of off the top of my head are:

Kuro + darkness = better stealth and cursing

Kii + storm = stronger chi blasts

Mido + muscular + earth = greater fortitude and higher weighted clothing bonus

Elements don't necessarily have to synergize or be compatible. You can think of them as tools that serve different purposes in your arsenal. Now style wise like the other person said certain elements enhance said style or could cover for a weakness they may have like Darkness aiding a Kurokonton users stealth but adding an element like say Fire or Storm to offset the styles inherent weakness of not having enough firepower at its baseline disregarding their ability to copy techniques which is dependent on Malocchio.
Your combination of Fire and Storm would just tell me you focus on offense and Storm along with offense oriented can amp your speed at certain points which will aid you in agility checks.Mao uses the exact combination you use and he seems to have no issues especially when his Thunderfall technique uses both aforementioned elements and is quite lethal. Pick whatever suits you best but don't forget to not have double yin elements if you're a guy or double yang if you're a woman.Either balance them out or have double yang as a guy or double yin as a woman.

Good evening, I have some questions about the Aoyusumu.

Can they read anyone's mind regardless of their AP ? And is there any way for someone with low AP to protect themselves or perceive the mind reading?

If we continue down this path, will we have our own religion with a church and followers, and all that like Angelo?

And why is it so common for Aoyusumu to have water as their main element, and what would be the rarest elements for an Aoyusumu to use?

No if someone is stronger than you it won't be possible,same for someone on par usually slightly stronger or weaker than you.Now someone way weaker than you is vulnerable to this.

Yes if you do become a Saint and align with the temple yes you will have people praying to you.

Water has so much going on kinetically that it's a good trainer for Aoyu and while you're at the water so much to sense and alter the force of movement you're probably going to connect to the water spiritually over time.
It's not affinity so much as just a good training option, same as physical types and rocks. You are probably lifting a lot of rocks
Being around your element for training all the time increases the chance you'll use it for shugendo; you're already there so while there is some affinity natural affinity between Aoyu and water it is mostly done because it is good training according to Anon.
Now if you get water as the element first without having styled chi your affinity towards Aoyu increases slightly hence why they do have a connection.

Also, doing a petite FMC run right now, and it's kinda peak not gonna lie? You literally jump onto Kosuke when you make out with him, it's great XD. The mental image of the MC being shorter than their younger siblings but also way stronger than them is also hilarious.

I wonder if Anon could be convinced to make an event that gives a big boost to Bo rep if you're short XD. Create the short king/queen alliance against all the stupidly tall people of the world.

From a practical standpoint nothing because thats a bad combo. Maybe Wind if you want to hard focus on stealth and illusions.

Ice, Wind, Lightning all synergize well. Tbh depends on what you want because it can work with almost everything, water is just that versatile.

First, ban whipping, second, when that fight comes, have Leona throw him off a cliff. He's a dick like that

You don't even need to let him whip the retainers(Since banning Whip increases Retainers morale significantly).
Basically:
1) Be polite with him in the chapter 3 after winning the race. Be polite with everyone, to be honest. Politeness and Patience are two virtues you must carry with yourself regardless.
2) When Scholar Taio is interrogating you don't keep in silence. This will make Bo Lo be tortured too and that reduces your reputation with him dramatically. So either tell the truth(Recommendable. Always be honest) or successfully lie to Taio.

This will already be enough to make Bo Lo fight in the Suon event.

3) You can ban Whip normally but the next step is mandatory on that case:
4) Train him in the 3-day trip until Nanhou(Post Harehama). This will increase his combat prowess and also your reputation with him so he will help the twins in the Rabbit trial normally and also ask to train with you in the Mist Chamber.
