If you’re referring to the person who uses Qi that we saw in the tournament, I’d say he is a special case. He mentioned that his powers were sealed and he said he wasn’t allowed to use more than 1% of his power, so it’s quite likely he is not even from this world or at least that’s how I understood it.

Most likely, because when the goddess saves you, she mentions something about a champion, and that champion was probably that guy. As for the Qi guide you mentioned for the MC, I thought TW left some kind of manual to help the MC cultivate better, right? I don’t remember it clearly, but I recall reading about it at some point, though the so-called manual never showed up again.
MC really lazy never read it again but I feel like that manual is the basic stuff for someone like us with a fking op physic it's nothing lol
For me, it wasn’t much different from the rest, more fights and free power-ups for the MC. Although this update honestly made me feel sorry for the MC. What I enjoyed the most about it was knowing that we might see a Mei Mei with meridians in the future.
If she trick He gang? Maybe but I doubt anyone with qi will fall for her lol. Tbh the MC still have a far edge due to Dao and TW OP physic which is the rarest we will be much stronger in book 2 maybe mid book 2
I mean that those who follow Mei Mei's route can help her obtain meridians, or at least that's what it implied when we offered to help her. In other words, she's going to experiment on the MC and herself, so we’ll have to see how that turns out.
Now I see why Niki gave us Dao and qi simultaneously with Qi and we are above Ruo in long term since we have full form Dao, and with Dao we are above the like of Gang and stuff he can steal qi but can't with Dao
Honestly, I don’t think we’ll have any long-term advantage over Ruo (by long-term, I mean from Book 1 to 3, not up to godhood or anything like that). TW mentioned that once Ruo discovers his physique, he’ll progress just as fast as we do. Considering he has an overwhelming advantage with the dragons fused with him, the MC will likely need more power-ups just to stand a chance against him.
Which Niki will give to us.....I hope actually he will or his book will fall in popularity (Cogite is different breed of monster they once bullied Mage reborn author so much that he stop writing the book and he just started again)

Yeah i played it now. He gang must have done some pact with LB, it sucks how pathetic we are in comparision to him. Heavenly asura transformation is a fraud sadly, don't make much of a difference, just another technique, atleast in the demon path we are such a fkn badass that everyone shat themselves after the DEX massacre. I thought the update would have more content. But it was ok. Atleast he Gang didn't kill our cousins. I still have to follow Ai route in this upd to see whats's new.
Someone said before that all these xianxian/wuxian stories after 1 person obtains Qi, the whole lot get it too. I was hoping it wouldn't be the case on this book. Mc is pretty strong if you compare to all the rest, li mogui is 17# and got trashed. But we are still pretty far from the top 5. But i can't really tell how strong devil mc is, surviving 6 formidable PH and eventually killing all of them is a great feat, AND he did it while nerfed by a art. Li mogui being 17# said he would have difficult against one of them, and wouldn't win against 2. Us beating 6 would put mc atleast on the top 10 or 9. I'm pretty sure that on the next stage there will have some *** pull powerup to mc where he dreams or something like that. I just wanna kill He Gang, the rest can wait.
As far as I know, it was 5 PH, not 6, in the demonic route. But honestly, I’m not even sure if you can consider that a feat for the MC, given that the inner demon took control of them and I think Li Mogui is ranked #17 not because of his strength but rather because people don’t want to fight him due to his arts, which leave others crippled.
After read it I have to agree with u He gang only has meridian and ofc Qi like any other rogue basically and I think without us maybe LB consider give He gang the position to lead the rogue next gen
