Well, in the route I played, he left and left those 6 PH to my MC. My MC died even though he had 8k HP left, and that goddess saved my MC and blessed him. Honestly, I didn’t like it much, the blessing and the scene are fine, but I feel like this story goes out of its way too often just to make the MC seem pathetic sometimes.

He actually killed only two PH...I knew I was tripping ain't no way he killing 6PH at the same time

You get a fake "Death" page in both the fight against Demon Executioner squad and the Havoc Sect scums.
If you have a 100 Saint alignment the Moon Goddess (Daoist Yue Fang's patron) gives you a blessing where you can survive lethal blows for 2 Qi (if less than 100 then she just helps you destroy the Havoc Sect disciples, funnily enough if you had 100 Saint at the start of the tourney you can still massacre the tournament participants earlier and recover your Saint alignment by picking virtuous dialogues after that).
