I honestly don't know. Maybe Nicky said something on Discord, but I wouldn't know in this case. However, he did mention that he would be updating more frequently, every two or three weeks, so it's possible that we'll have another update between now and the 27th of this month.
Man...I was replaying Poma(for the fifteen time) and we really need some new RO's in book 2 ngl...especially for fem MC's
I still don't know why is the Tigress a major RO ngl.
"Because she's from the north!" doesn't really cut it when we have LITERAL cultivators on the Poma world right now...sis feels as out of touch as Jing Guo...
I'm praying to the heavens(Nicky) so that they can introduce a cultivator RO.
Yue Fang doesn't count because dude is straight up a$$ right now...I don't know anyone who truly likes him

Yue Fang feels more like a kid brother to MC.
As for new ROs, I'm on the fence. It seems like Ruo, Xiwen, Ai to an extent and Mei will be plot relevant. I also have a feeling that Niki is gauging Su De to replace Ai while she's frozen, might not happen but there's potential. I know how many of you want Caihong romance but I can't see it going anywhere. Same with Tigress. It's been so long since both of them got any content.
If we actually look at the ROs, Ai is indisposed, Caihong is missing, Tigress has left the sect. Mei is the only one still getting content, idk wtf is going on with Ruo never tried that romance, Xiwen neither.
The trigger variable for that choice is never set to true. It's legit impossible rn unless you console it to true.
Ruo is a slow burner and is only coming about really in book 2.
imo Su De being gender set to opposite of MC's gender would make a good RO. I'd still prefer Caihong to stay but if she must be removed then a permanent spear twin romance would be good, and they're more likely to stay relevant being a strong MA.

He didn't because it's impossible. Read above. The temp variable that unblurs that choice (knows_women_ma) is set to false by default and there's no situation where it's set to true.
Far more interesting is that Shu's real name is "daiyu". Her fling's variable is called daiyu_sex.Also this interaction with Shu is a nothingburger anyways imo

Thing is Caihong should be plot relevant more than some of the others being a dragon and all. Plus she can keep up with the MC and Ruo easily. Niki did say he was gonna fix romance on tumblr or something so I’d expect some things to get fixed, I still don’t know why Mei is just always getting content no matter what. The problem with Caihong is she’s PX so she’s like a get out of jail free card for some we even saw it when Wu Heir was sleeping and she protected us. Plus she can just sleep and get stronger, he had to make her run off because people were asking how come things were happening if she was in MC room.

Honestly, I don't like that Shu at all, in fact, I'm praying for her to be Second just so the MC can fight her and break her legs. Not even the temptation of being able to **** off He Gang makes me give in to her proposal.
I like characters who are proud and even arrogant, but characters who act with disdain and contempt get on my nerves. That's why I never play with the female Ruo, because I would never consider a romance between him and my MC.
