He says he can't use it more than a minute or something. It seems for all his talk, his body can't handle his powers either.

Fortunately for us, Nicky has already commented on this. Even he's not that crazy.

According to him, the base stats of the EXs are much higher than 100, "not even close". And he's already given spoilers that in the fight against Ruo, the maximum stat checks will be around 100.

I still think it's a terrible exaggeration, but it's not illogical.

100 stats is fine imo. As long as MC can reach those stats and is able to counter it instead of it being an impossible check to show difference between Ruo and MC. Ruo is a rival not a superior character, i hope niki remembers this when he writes Ruo fight.

It may not be obvious to those who haven't paid attention to the latest updates and changes, but 50 is currently the Houtian limit. Beyond 50, it's already considered Pseudo Xiantian. As far as can be inferred, any increase of 10 points could very well mean something like 2 times stronger or more.

A practical example just to put it in proportion... If you remember the fight against the six from Havoc, one of them "summons" a giant dog or something like that, such an attack was "instant death" without high-level Dao to counter it, because it was something of the level "impossible for a Houtian to survive". Now, according to my friend's "inside information", with stats at 70 it doesn't even deal damage.

Releasing after finishing 3v3 makes sense but for those that want it check out the new mechanics, the arena fights would be jarring. So I think he will release it after finishing the arena fights which will be in like 2-3 weeks.
