Honestly taking the wisp is better for him long term, now he is super motivated to grow stronger instead of depressed when you defeat him without taking it.

Other than that, I have also told LB I don't care about the world and about making it better, that it's not the great selling point she thinks it is. It's what I would've said there. I guess that makes me a terrible demonic creature.

Can't be helped. Nicky doesn't always do a great job at making these morality choices. Take a look here, I can't tell her it was a fight and I gave Muchen SEVERAL outs and he's the one who actively chose to escalate. I was only responding in kind.

Muchen has absolutely no right to complain about this, because the second he brings out the Wisp it's genuinely life and death. He even acknowledges that pulling it out is basically a death sentence for Wu heir, since he thinks we wouldn't be able to do anything against it.

Also Wu heir doesn't even know it'll cripple his foundation, so it wasn't really intentional. The only Demonic point you get from that interaction is from fully refining and therefore killing the Wisp. It's not really about Muchen.

He lets out the wisp as a last ditch attempt to win fully knowing that thing could (and probably would, if he was still using Inner Energy) kill Wu Heir, and one of the options you get to defend yourself is to absorb it.

That's it. Maybe you could argue that absorbing the thing is evil because it's sentient and it begs you to spare it, which fine. I would grant that much if sparing it wasn't so pointless (it's going to get captured again sooner or later).

But if my neighbor sends out a rabid pitbull to attack me during an altercation THAT HE WILLINGLY AND UNREASONABLY ESCALATED I would be fully on my rights to kill the dog on self defense. If he's sad about it, well... womp womp. Shouldn't have ****ing attacked me in the first place

Also, something that makes me impressed thinking about it now is that Wu Heir can simply lock the Wisp in the space. An elemental Heavenly Creature that's, at the very least, Early-Xiantian level, Wu Heir just waves and locks it in the space.

Yeah that's what I said. You'll be moving it around but you won't be able to hurt it. It'd just be a stall victory like all the others, exceptt the absorption one.
