Okay. I'll leave 13 to 15 to leave room for doubt. I've also altered the rest accordingly (I haven't altered from the top 4 upwards because I don't think they're stronger than this).
Top 10 of MC Sect:
1. Yang Gan. = 13~15 yeongs
2. Tang Bo = 10~11 yeongs
3. Liu Jiawei = 7~9 yeongs
4. Yang Mu = it is insinuated that he is Muchen's rival, so 5~6 yeongs
5. Chu Muchen = 5~6 yeongs
6. Fu Yinuo = 4~5 yeongs
7. Su Da = Probably the same as Su De (3)
8. Su De = 3 yeongs
9. He Gang (before Qi) = ???, probably 2 or 3 yeongs
10. Tang Ruo (before the Rogue Hunt and without transformation) = 1>X>2 yeongs
Honorable mentions:
Long Chen = 9~10 yeongs (relied on his regeneration to win his fights)
Xiwen = LC called him weak, so 7~8 yeongs, probably higher today
Blood Hunter (full power) = 13~14 yeongs (described as slightly weaker than Yang Gan)
Prince Song = 13~14 yeongs
Young Wu Chao (PH) = WC>15 yeongs (How? I don't know. Am I wrong? Possibly)
Taking this into account, we are definitely not close to Xiantain unless we get a powerup. Looks like we rank at most at 4.
This makes me think what are we missing to reach that level of strength, because if we're talking about raw power/attributes we already surpassed the max peak houtians can reach without arts/infusion by a lot, more or less 50% ~ 300% stronger (50% with just tw memories, 300% and more if you min-max),
If it is about technique nobody should be our equal thanks to the golden seed (with exception of ruo) and If its about arts then we have dao (which arts are supposed to come from) and asura (the strongest transformation allegedly)

Btw, does Ruo have any reason not to top the ranking if he's really so strong? I can understand preventing advancement but this? If the arena rankings and the yeong measure reflects the strength of top 10, then we are definitely stronger than base Ruo. The only edge Ruo has is his artifacts and his transformation which at the end of the day is nothing against our devil.
Think the yeong power measure really confused everything again. I thought we would advance towards the end of the tourney but that seems unlikely when there are people doubly stronger than us who haven't advanced yet.

You know how some cultivation stories go, some be stuck at a level for years, hundreds of years. Sadly for them MC and Ruo have the main character + going on so sucks for them. I wonder how strong Ruo is now bro got a power up since he’s so confident about beating the rogues now even without using his sword.
My attempt to estimate how much stats MC need to high diff Arlonb top. MC will fight with Dao form, because they supposedly equal to each other and don't increase stats, only overall fighting abilities. Everyone use infusion.
Top 10 of MC Sect:
1. Yang Gan. = Around 20k-22k
2. Tang Bo = 18k-19k
3. Liu Jiawei = 16k-17k
4. Yang Mu = 14k-15k
5. Chu Muchen = 14k-15k
6. Fu Yinuo = 13k-14k
7. Su Da = 12k (surprisingly low level for both Su twins)
8. Su De = 12k
9. He Gang (before Qi) = maybe Su twins level, probably lower. With qi around Tang Bo level (imho). But because of his art that target enemy qi, probably more dangerous to MC than Tang Bo
10. Tang Ruo (Late Houtian+sword+without transformation) = 10k-11k. (lh+sword+transformation) = 14k-16k. (Peak Houtian+sword+without transformation) = 14k-15k. (ph+sword+transformation) = 20k-21k
Honorable mentions:
Long Chen = very hard to scale. MC need either fight him long enough to exhaust his regen or have massive explosive power to kill him before he can regenerate. I think MC with 20k can kill him
Xiwen = I think MC with 9k-10k stats can kill him, unless he has hidden ace from rogue clans
Blood Hunter (full power) = for me very hard to image than he only slightly weaker than Yang Gan. Unless he has ace that we don't know due to Mei poison blocking it use (like transformation), I don't see him beating 20k MC
Prince Song = probably Yang Gan level but minus 1k-1.5k. He dominate Yang Gan, but he has 2 rogues with him. So MC need 18.5k-21k
Young Wu Chao (PH) = was absolute genius of his generation and should be strongest among them. But we have no idea how strong was his generation. Tops of his time might be on par with Yang Gan, but can also be Su twins level. Overall, only from my opinion, he was on Lui Jiawei level, so 16k-17k
MC with Devil = almost kill ex, but guy was clearly not expected this. With Dao can damage and kill many if not all ex, but his stats still too weak to fight them. So fast enough xiantians can just speed blitz him before Devil can cast any art. So I think MC with 40k-50k agility can kill him (teleport will not work, because Devil will either block out void arts or use them against MC)

Yes people forget what MC and Ruo are doing is unprecedent. They’re advancing like crazy. I actually do not have a clue tbh
Wu heir is the fastest to advance to Houtain at 19, that we know. Soon after Ruo did it himself. Chao is the fastest for Xiantain. But how old was he? He was around 155 when he lost the ability to advance to S. PX at 155 is amazing, before us that is. He would have been S by now if not for us. S at 175 seems very young. We and Ruo will definitely get to X very soon. so X in early 20's is even more insane. Ruo told Jia he would take 100 years for S but im sure its going to happen way sooner than that. Big timeskips is alot of work.
LC was 29 when it advanced, that's 32 now. I suppose most of the Top 10 are around that age. As for He Gang, MC was 13 when he first met him and since He Gang wasn't a Houtian yet, he had to be 19 or younger, which means He Gange is at most 28 today.
Wasn't He Gang described as 22 or something when we met him? Maybe I'm imagining idk.
Damn. Okay idk what was on my mind. I thought he was older for some reason.
LC was 27 when he advanced. Most of them should be older actually considering LC was only 2 years off from Chao record. BH for example is in his late 30s
