Path of martial arts: leaked sneak peaks, and discussing thread

I really hope this fight isn't what Nicky meant when he said we'll all get a way to unlock Tri-Dao.

A base eighty perception check is crazy for mortal, and minus three DAO level basically cripples my wizard run even if I could reach the perception check.
Because the difficulty multiplier is also applied in the Dao EXP recalculation. Using my runs as a example: My Heavenly Diff Run skyrocketed the Dao Level from Elemental—33 to Tri-Dao—38(Yes, OP asf. Specially considering my LB Run is Tri-Dao—26 & Perfect Dao, that's a 20% Spell power bonus. 12 Levels above this is immensely more preferable), which means that I can pump 153 additional Qi into a spell and it'd continue costing me only 1 Qi. Meanwhile my mortal run with Elemental—15, for example, get reduced to Tri-Dao—11, in that case, however, my LB Run showed to be superior and by a significant amount.
(If you're wondering how I achieved such high Dao-level, it's cause perception scale with the Dao-EXP gained per-turn, so rushing it to 100 and using all opportunity to increase it past hard-cap is a very good strategy)

Interesting.

I'm curious about what your other stat looked like after you focused so much on perception, which is by far the hardest stat to increase.

I'm guessing you had pristine maridians to keep up right? Although I'm thinking your Dantian would be relatively small since you'd use so much Qi to refine perception.

Well, that letter confirms what many of us already suspected about Lady B and the Rogues. I wonder if she's planning to refine the POMA denizens to spur herself into Godhood, or if the ritual mentioned has some other aim
Did you guys forget about Tang Wei’s plan? He’s trying to refine the people of Poma so he can escape. Maybe the Butterfly Ritual is actually meant to help him. After all, as far as we know, Butterfly is a yandere.

Actually all my stats are on the 100+ range because: 1) It's Heavenly Diff, of course. 2) I usually abuse the treasure refining feature, buying the Iron Cloud Robe and Refining it repeatedly to get a good supply of Unrefined QI.
This strategy also scales with the 3x multiplier of the Heavenly Diff(The amount of Unrefined Qi gained by Refining the cited robe, for example, being 32 in mortal and 96 in Heavenly).

But for mortal is more difficult yes, even abusing this feature I usually don't increase the hard-cap of any other stat than Perception(To 60, because this scale only works from 10 to 10, for example, with 50 you gain between 5 to 9 Dao EXP, this will only change/increase when you effectively reaches 60, that's, 53, 55, 57...etc still being between 5 to 9) until the auction when I buy the pills.
Modesty a part my min-max strategy is a bit too long to write all here. But yes, it's highly centered in the Treasure Refining feature that makes possible to me reach the 100 stat range even in mortal in the current end of DEMO.

The thing is like Yue Yan said when TW died his experiences and insights etc merged with the world

Refining Pomaworld would mean having access to all that. Every Poma MA also carries TW's blood, which is divine, in their veins so maybe she could do some funky magic **** with it.

She's just an Immortal Lord though so probably not Godhood outright.
You guys are overthinking it. The Butterfly Ritual took place before Tang Wei died, and there’s no reason to assume she planned the MC’s birth and foresaw Tang Wei’s suicide just so she could refine the Poma world for her own goals.

I should have clarified, I meant your perception on your mortal run.

I see. Sometimes I forget that feature is around. I usually don't use it though because I find it too boring to do that over and over, and also because I heard it's actually a bug that will be patched out eventually.

But in conclusion it's so Tri-over for people on mortal difficulty(especially wizards, funnily enough)

Yes, unfortunately the best option for mortal bros so far is sitting on LB's lap(More Dao levels, Perfect Dao and the RAF). But for Heavenly I really think sacrificing RAF to use regular spells way more comfortably(Way more Spell power & Way less cost) is more valid than the opposite.
I hope the equipment inventory is a placeholder because I'll form a devil going from the shop to refinement repeatedly. Just let us refine straight from the shop!
Honestly I believe it's more likely he'll remove that feature by turning treasure one-time buyable than making this specific change you cited. But who knows.

Can we really come to this conclusion? Its equally possible he knew and decided not to tell MC. Its more likely that Niki didn't want to reveal LB then.
Yes, assuming that TW didn't know is somewhat insulting to the character. The guy, even though he was in something akin to another dimension, was able to scan the entire world and identify who had Dao. Furthermore, he mentions that Grandpa begged him to fight someone. I would bet that he was referring to Butterfly, although I don't deny that it could have been Shen Long Mu.

This update really is just Daddy Issues galore lmao. I love the fact the Wu Heir and Wu Chao can so easily ragebait each other just by bringing the topic up

I thought that at least the Devil would be able to do something. Even he got humbled 😂1000020731.png
Anyway is the only outcome that makes sense, probably Wu Chao stopped holding back after sensing the devil.
