So, I'm a little outdated here. At this point of the story, can you romace Ai as someone who's evil? Or do we still need to be a saint to romance her?

Yes, you can. Ai romance is based on reputation now, if you have above 30 in Saint you're safe. Choosing a master in other hand is based on alignment, so you can be "demonic" with Bohai as a master while romancing Ai pretty easy(I already tested and did it many times), since reputation is way easier to keep balanced than alignment.

I mean he doesn't say their names then say "others".

He says "others" then begins listing them, so nothing about what he says implies there are more people with Dao seeds out there.

It says "others" two times. First to say there others in PoMA, besides Wu Heir, that have Dao, then TW cite these "others"; Zhong Delun, Tang Ruo, Tang Yichen, a man fused with a beast and "others" again.
So TW was pretty clear that, besides Wu Heir and those others four, there's more people in PoMA with Dao, being MG one of these I believe that possess it considering how he manipulate the space/void and what Buqu said about his arts.

Apologies, but this is probably a me issue, but I can't get passed the scene with Tang Wei during the expedition. It just crashes/buffers and refuses to move on after I choose a blob. Please note I do modify my stats with Kiwi Browser.

I used Golden Seed. It buffers and crashes before the scene of awaking from the coma

As the friend said above, if you accepted the Mei deal but didn't either; Discarded or used the bomb, it'll trigger a unavoidable death that might be the thing causing this problem to you.
If you don't want to use the Mei bomb I highly recommend you to use a save-back, because if you discard the bomb you'll became her enemy and lose the access for the Alchemy pavillion.

I did make it past Long Chen and met with Tang Wei where I learned the secret to the Golden Seed. Plus I told Long Chen about the bomb and he took it off me so I could save Big Chu. The problem occurs after talking to Tang Wei and choosing either the grey, rainbow or blurry blobs.

Yeah I only realized my mistake a long while after I made the comment. Still I doubt Chao has one.

Did you used the mod menu to add talents and attributes? I remember reading about this bug in the danfabulich poma thread.

If so try lowering your stats and remove the talents before this scene (you can readd them later)

Its just circumstances forcing Ruo and MC to be rivals rather than it being something developed by both. Rivalry is supposed to be personal but nothing about Ruo and MC's rivalry seems personal to me. Two people bond, have conflicting opinions or goals, they assert their position by duking it out which leads to both of them pushing each other to levels they've never reached before. Rivalry will never work out right if one of the two parties dont give a **** about the other. Ruo can care all he wants but it will never work if MC doesnt care about it the same.

This is how I feel as well.

Wnat to see a rivalry? Aura clahs jack and thunderfaller are prime example.
Man they both have hate boners for one another.
I loved the fact how they both kept powering up and breaking limits in their fight just to not lose to one another . They truly bring the best and worst in one another.
