Unless I'm remembering wrong in the very first builds of POMA you used to have personality stats so Niki probably intended for them to play more but decided to abandon that

For now, but I would honestly be disappointed if the option to lie had no followup. Completely stealing the Asura Art for Wu Clan under Bohai's nose is a prize well worth the lost money imo.

But I guess we'll see.

I suppose the real fallout will happen by the time the Wus actually start using the Asura, but I assume by then we'll be strong enough to curb the entire Yang clan single handed.

No man it's just stupid, wu heir know how much the Yangs are obsessed with Asura art they should've asked for 10/15 million first then let Bohai try to negotiate for less and see how much they could get out of it.

I think intimidation probably played a fair part in it, he's described several times as terror inducing even on the brave hearted which is why Wu Heir probably didn't ask for more, besides, writing down a manual probably takes six solid seconds for the Wu Heir to do.
