EX Long Chen probably takes it, Dragon Form PH Ruo can't last much more then, a minute or so?, Full Asura Yang Gan definitely comes close to winning the entire thing but EX Long Chen is enough of a cockroach to outlast everyone else, Current Wu Heir probably beats full dragon Ruo though.

Is Ruo's dragon form still only lasting for 1 minute? I'd assume he can last longer now.

Honestly, it depends on if we arw able to deal with his regen. The only way imagine tge trio winnibg is by using an ultra strong attack and do what tge 999 failures, and then wu heir uses his fire to keep LC' regen at bay while yanga gang ruo keep beatibg the crap out of him
Would not ve supriesed if he was weaker than the weakest xiantian ( less than 150 stats)

Nah, he was strong enough to be adopted into the Tangs AND keep his name, he's atleast in the 200-250 range, maybe even more

Well we haven't seen what 3 out 4 of them can even do at those points.

Ruo hasn't advanced yet, Yang Gan doesn't have access to Full Asura as only the Wu Heir and YB as well as the Yang Clan if you sold them the method has it (as far as I'm aware), and we've only seen LC at his Pseudo-EX form where he was blocked from advancing by TW's pocket realm.

But considering that the current Wu Heir can have stats in the 150-200 range, with 200 being the hardcoded maximum for permanent upgrades, and the recent development that (weak?) EX's have stats in the 150-200 range, Wu Heir probably clears a just advanced LC but not after-coma EX LC. There's also infusions, items, Asura, DQ's flesh eating worm, etc.

We've also yet to see what LB's spells will give us practically, if anything really.

This is just speculation though, as we don't know by how much advancing to EX boosts stats right away, and what LC's exact stats were as a PH (as far as I'm aware). There's also the Aura factor, with LC's Aura empowering his Regen tremendously as we've seen in the Expo fight.

For PH Ruo and Full Asura YG it's even more speculative as we don't know what their concrete stats are and how those transformations would boost them. They also have artifacts, techniques, etc.

The Dragon transformation for Ruo boosted her from a MH to a PH, so assuming it still boosts too stages she'd be about, EX?, MX?, or relative, if we are to think it still boosts two stages, me personally I think it only barely pushes up to Pseudo EX levels (150-180) considering that's how much stats it takes to boost to a PH if we take Ruo's stats to be around 20-30-ish during the expo, Yang Gan full asura is practically unknown since it factors in the total devil break outs for the end boost of stats, so for all we know it could be zero.

It's not just a stage from PH to EX though. It's an entire realm.

I'm thinking as a late houtian Ruo won't be reaching xiantian level and we'll see such feats when he next advances. And Ruo definitely had more than 30 stats in expo, even ldq didn't want that smoke and she's literally maxed out as a mh

Ruo without the Draconic Form or Artefacts is said to be LH level at that point, though. It's more of it being a matter of someone below PH using a transformation.
Mo Long with partial Asura was Early ~ Middle level, so acceptable to say it was a weak Middle-Houtian level(As the mission itself says someone in the middle stage of Houtian is preferable).

Well, by Niki the Top-10 of Heavenly Ascension working together & all-out from start can beat an particularly weak Early-Xiantian. But Long Chen definitely isn't a weak Early-Xiantian as he wasn't a weak Peak-Houtian(Xiwen is the same level of the previous greatest talent of Havoc/Same LDQ killed by the way), his point is that he's absurdly dumb who relies completely in his Mantra and doesn't have an Art(As LDQ have) neither equip himself well(Uses only a ****ing club although he was gaining 12.000 Gold from his Arena Rating alone at that point of the story) nor have a Transformation.
So I imagine if EX Long Chen has access to this all he wins pretty handily. If not, don't know, Leo Messi would appear and decimate all four at same time.

No idea what Niki's plans are for Clan Wu but I wanna see how Dong reacts to me as a peak houtian and one of the strongest PHs at that

So is better for this money to ends in old Tao's hands as quickly as possible. Otherwise we'll find some new collections of Cult Wines and Alcohol in our Clan warehouse.

Jokes apart I'm quite curious to see the Zhong branch of Wu Heir's relatives. As Xin Xin seems to be good with arrays such as Lisha. Maybe we can turn them good friends. Also Shangtian Chao... With Transcendental-Grade Arts...

Ruo > LC > Yang Gan > Wu Fraud

We all know Ruo would solo everyone once he minmaxs his PH stats. Yang Gan, LC and Wu Heir can fight each other for the scraps that is 2nd place
