I don't think souls actually work in that way. The main thing about beasts is that they are essentially Hyperfocused into body cultivation while Humans are built for Dao cultivation. I am pretty sure that the soul of a dragon is not inherently superior to a human soul, infact The leader of the Silent Spirit Temple possesses a way stronger and much more higher quality soul than SLM even though he is weaker. The Child of a dragon and a human has immense inborn strength but can't dao cultivate or body cultivate. The child of a half dragon and a human possess a high level of talent for body cultivation so Dragons are pretty much specialized for body cultivation. Ruo has a much lower dragon blood potency than Caihong (We learn this when we meet Caihong). The dragons get stronger through eating and sleeping thing isn't even relevant, that takes an insane amount of time. Just because SLM is op doesn't mean every other dragon is just like 10000 humans can't equal one Sovereign or Tang Wei. COP is the ultimate cheat code, I am pretty sure that narratively nothing is above it. It's also hilarious that even with thousands of dragons and Dao Child physique, she is still weaker than us. If she loses any of those things, she is done for. She needs every advantage she can get. I don't know why you hate Dao Child so much, I actually like it.

Currently I'm just hoping it's all a setup for a potential removal storyline rather than a plot device to keep Ruo relevant until we kill him. It nullifies all of his hard work hearing "yeah he can wear his slippers backwards and suddenly get enlightened and get 10 times stronger"
You could argue him making use of his resources and dragon souls is his right but not this lol. The literal point is the world is boosting you.
Speaking of, I'm curious if Nicky is keeping tabs on what equipment Ruo has. I wonder how much of his stats are thanks to him and how much is his gear. His stat checks are a little confusing because by all rights he could have +50 to all his stats just from his clothes and it's not exactly felt all the time. (Won't even mention the pills lol)
This goes for other characters too. I have a hard time telling if they even have gear or are just using IE infusion with a cracked base.
Does that mean tigress is wearing a xiantian skinsuit? Cuz no way in hell she gets 150 plus stats wuthout it
I like it because it's realistic in a weird way, people are not born equal in the world. Some people have rich parents that provide both opportunities and resources that ordinary people could never dream of. Even if these people fail, their parents are there to uplift them, they cannot fail no matter what. These people may be hardworking, they may be geniuses but because of their parents, they will be labelled as nepo babies. I just think heaven is that type of parent for Ruo. Ruo is hardworking, incredibly so but because of heaven's blessing, she will never fail and thus her hard work is invalidated, It is unfair to her in the sense that she is getting support she never asked for and unfair to everyone else in the sense that they never even got the same favor. If Ruo was some lazy bum that relies on her luck, then I would be on the hate train too. By the way, The nonsense of the Dragon Souls is not that much different from Dao Child. Luck is just another type of gift that she has received from heaven, nothing that's fundamentally different from generation wealth or a genius level intelligence. If she had her powers from the dragon blood and souls, It would be the same unfairness and bs that Dao Child is. Dragon Souls and Blood are not her 'right', she didn't do anything to earn them. Yeah this is the world boosting her alright:

Also, no. It wouldn't. Every single power up Ruo gets from this point will be seen as a handout and I can't think of it as anything else. Not even sure why he's training if his best bet is to wait until he stumbles into a boost. The dragon thing I can sort of agree but at least someone else did the work to put them inside Ruo, it's not exactly as bs.

The handout thing is something I can agree with but they are both bs as hell, the Heavens are working to make sure their favourite baby is never losing so it cancels out the work needed for the dragon body.
Also Now that I think about it, 'Like' is the not word I should have used, my feelings towards it are more so: 'It is what it is, I possess a more broken and way more bs physique anyways'. The only thing referred to as complete bullsh*t in the game is COP (In the words of the Yue Brat himself).

False equivalence Humans have the largest discrepancy in general while dragons their lot is guaranteed to get to immortal tier in a qi world another difference is many of the dragons are direct children of SLM that is why dragons in general have such high potential as per niki they just spawn in different planets her direct kids and even her children's offsprings the pure dragon ones retaining 100 percent ensures they reach the same tier too so nah this is not the same as some human souls and all that it's pretty similar to a god child in comparison if anything not that it matters my point was Nikolai can easily twist this into being the ultimate cheat for Ruo for now they just give him better stats as per niki also in general it makes old a*s Yichen look less like a Moron if the dragon souls do something sooner rather than later since it doesn't matter who becomes the strongest god or whatever story ends at NS tier power lol.Also there have been 4 people with COP yeah it is the ultimate cheat code for now but there has never been a dude with 1000 dragon souls dragon's aren't hunted at all since SLM went all crazy and that was an eternity ago there hasn't been anyone like Ruo from that pov so easily Nikolai can make it work for some Bullsh*t.Anyways it is all tier of bullshi here from COP to anything the i am more interested in knowing how 0.00000001/10 potential dreamweaver who chooses to look like teenage justin Beiber according to niki became a god lol.
SLM is the only dragon god so no dragon is actually SLM tier. Ruo is not a Dragon, Ruo is not a case of "1000 dragons being condensed into one" but more so "A half blood inferior dragon child that just happens to have a 1000 beast souls sealed within them". If Dragons are pure godchildren then the only one on par with a dragon in body cultivation would another godchild, not a halfblood like ruo. No Godchild nor Dragon is guaranteed to reach Godhood other than COP (If they survive). The main thing is that Ruo's Body is worse than Caihong in terms of potency (and Caihong is a Tang Jia victim) so natural Dragons will always be superior to artificial ones like Ruo, It's a case of quantity not being able to overcome quality. Niki can of course spin it any way he likes but it would be cheap and the story at this point doesn't support the fact that Ruo is superior to a Natural Born dragon in any way.

I mean ofcourse it is worse than caihong for now the dragon souls are barely doing anything that's the entire point pretty sure they will do more as time goes on as Niki said they are now more involved whatever that means what I want to see is whether it is in Poma story or some far away future where it doesn't matter as for caihong herself as per niki she would only be slightly weaker than Ruo by the end of poma back in the day as she also is still growing in power Ruo being weaker rn is saying same as Mc dies to wu chao like ofcourse he does Now tho who can say nikolai changes things too much my point is this ain't anything more bullshi than COP lol which is bullshi and all of that will always sound better than Dao child to me.

I wanted to ask, when we are preparing for the 3v3, You get the option to cast a body dao spell that raises your attribute limit which we can do multiple times. Can't we just keep casting that spell until we become SLM level in body?
its def only meant to help for the wanked stat checks nicky is about to drop on us in the future but it probably has a limit in game that its meant to follow,maybe the normal difficulty in terms of what the game judges is realistic
