No, u can use on phone but u can't edit the stats like in computer, you will have to type the command ex: stats.attribute u want to change="number" or SugarCube.State.active.variables.variableName="number", Google apk does't have a inspect option so I had to watch a YouTube vídeo of how to create one, there's a chance of an apk having inspect, but I don't know It.

kiwi browser. it has a developer tools options. the only reason i have that browser is for games where i might edit stats to try different things.
