Good thing it isn't regularly updated + there's really nothing extra to keep paying for it. Still crap but slightly less crap than if it was regularly updated with a bunch of short stories and lore locked behind a paywall. Or like GBPatch who puts dead projects that they don't ever plan on finishing or releasing behind a patreon paywall because it isn't 'polished' enough to release it for free but good enough for $15 a month.
Yes!! It got really confusing sometimes especially when it's supposed to say a name or whatever. Or that moment where G calls us a nickname after he sends us home after we hook up, and omg, I need to know what he called us because I'm too invested in his romance.
Same, it's so annoying! I really thought I chose a romance option by mistake or something. And the worst thing is I really avoid Sebastian on every occasion and he still gets pushed no matter what! I can't even understand why he's a full RO when Blake or Dakota are so much more interesting. He's just so boring and adds nothing to the story, he's just there because his daughter (who's annoying as hell!) wants to follow MC everywhere!
Meanwhile one of my MCs: so if I befriend Vic and motivate her to become an independent actress, I can steal her infantile hot husband with minimal scandal
Poor G getting another red flag person in his life aka my MC. But also: seeing G's family and circle I understand how Victoria had all her joy sucked out of her.Is their marriage fake fake? I got an impression that they do care for one another genuinely, but because they are both pushovers and people-pleasers, it deteriorated.
I got the feeling that at the beggining they actually cared for each other but now it's just a fake marriage because their couple sells and makes G look good or something like that. Vic is always upset with G anyway (which sometimes I can actually understand). But you're right, because if I can remember right Amy said if you play their poly you can make them remember why they fell in love in the first place. Ahh, their poly seems so awkward to me, I can't even understand it and G seems the jealous, possessive type anyway (especially if you flirt with Dakota in front of him or if you give your number to that dude who won last year's BOTB) so nope, can't understand it.

But yeah, it is so annoying, especially when some other character, like Blake or someone, says something, and it's just blank spaces, so I have to do some ****ing Sherlock Holmes work to deduce what may have been said, judging by how my MC responds or something.I mean it definitely did start as one, as was said in some part of the story, how it was a PR thing. But honestly, you just need to take one look at them and see that they are not compatible at all. Sure, they may have grown fond of each other along the way, but not to any insane degree, especially when G says that she (in my chosen preference), was more worried about me than Vic, when we were sent to Victor for scolding.
the photographer RO isn’t much better. Amy keeps wasting time on these irrelevant ROs that nobody really likes, i don’t even remember the name of one of them. Instead of forcing these awkward scenes, she could be putting that energy into the popular ROs that fans actually care about.

I swear, why the **** was she disappointed when I barely talked to her, and have then refused to keep her company while she went around to take photos? Like, hello? G asking MC to tell them they are not rotten for cheating on their spouse made me cackle real loud. They want an enabler partner so badly because the moment the MC shows a single ounce of regret\hesitation they freak out, yet if you play it cool they mirror it perfectly. But the scene was hot, I'll give Amy that.
I laughed at the final of the whole dinner scene because G approves if you ditch the meeting midway, but if later you ask them smth like 'so have I impressed you', they do a 180 and say 'nope, that's still my mom we are talking about' and their approval drops. Honey, you have been telegraphing that you hate your mom for the whole chapter?? But, hey, you know what? My MC might be getting awful in-laws, but G also will get awful ones!
Almost every interaction with E I keep expecting to learn down the line that E is some super creepy stalker who has a shrine to the MC made out of MC's hair and nail clippings.I will be very disappointed if they are normal.

tbh, authors should stop with the entire "normal ROs" that stand like a sore thumb in the environment that the plot is taking place in. nobody wants to romance a damn dad nd a photographer in an IF centered around song making, celebrities, drama. it just dumps down the mood nd creates clutter that forces us to pay attention to characters that provide zero service to the transpiring events.
Same goes for Dakota. She's there, with a unique vibe and plot around her, unlike the "normal" people. As you said, why in the **** would I choose a ****ing regular *** gamer dad, or a photographer stalker who just happens to be there??? Bs like a mf
I recall tumblr posts alluding to E being...complex? It was cryptic and the post seemed to be negative. I just find them boring for now and doubt they'll ever be as interesting as Dakota.

They're really sus lol, not only did they conveniently replace the previous photographer assigned for the MC's band (if I remember correctly) but they also somehow managed to show up when the MC was lost when walking back from somewhere, I think in the first city the show was in? Sorry it's been a while since I played so I've forgotten a lot of the details. But yeah I feel like they have something shady going on... but tbh even with that, they'd still be boring to me

If I remember correctly, there was nothing about it in the game, but during the whole thing with Dakota MC notes that Dakota is pretty vocal to the point that MC gets nervous that someone would hear. So imagine coming out of that bathroom and seeing someone right there. I cannot think of a single non-creepy reason someone would stand that close when it's obvious what is going on inside. Like either E is being creepy or they are recording, imo. Or both.
Very interesting, Dakota. lmao. I need to replay their scenes. Dakota doesn't want G to know but loves to take risks and is a bit prideful about MC. If I'm recalling correctly Dakota seems to be more controlled compared to MC...so am I right and Dakota was playing it up a bit for fun to see if they'll get caught?
