NOTE: MAKE SURE TO CHECK AND OPEN ACHIEVEMENT OPTION AND IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE THE OPTION THEN TAP ON RESTART TO RESTART THE GAME ELSE IT CAN BUG YOUR GAME SO MAKE SURE IT'S VISIBLE ALL THE TIME AND IF YOU ARE FAR AHEAD IN STORY AND ACHIEVEMENT IS NOT VISIBLE THEN SAVE YOUR GAME AND RESTART IT AFTER RESTARTING WHEN ACHIEVEMENT WILL BE VISIBLE THEN SIMPLY LOAD THE GAME YOU SAVED SO YOU WON'T LOOSE ANY PROGRESS.

For Achievements Error: Pull to refresh the game and click on Ok (it's located on South East of Error window) then cancel 2nd popup, after that save your game and click on restart to restart the game after that open achievements option to make sure it's working properly then load from your latest save.

Short Explanation on fix = Save, Restart then Load.(Work for Play Again Bug too.)

Hi, I just tried to download it but in the second I launched the app, this exact error message appeared on a white screen : "App as been built using some unauthaurized copy of our software Website 2 APK Builder which as led you to this error !"

Just like in another post of you

extract the apk and open assets/index.html in joiplay or in your browser.
 
Hi i just installed it on my pc and theres an error Popup: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting the value of 'PSwarforwestPSstate' exceeded the quota.
I tried to restart but nothing work, can you help me pls Dan.
Nevermind i fix the problem

i asked google gemini the ai, i didnt think it would work and it did. sorry i dont remember the step but i hope you can fix it too !
i just found it in my history so there it is :)
  • Open Developer Tools: Press Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Option+I (Mac) in your browser while on the game's page.
  • Go to the Storage Tab: Look for a tab named "Application," "Storage," or "Developer."
  • Find Local Storage: In the menu on the left, expand the "Storage" section and select "Local Storage."
  • Delete Old Keys: You will see a list of keys and their values. The key for the game you are having trouble with is likely PSwarforwestPSstate.
    • Look for keys that start with PS... (e.g., PSheroicfantasyPSstate, PSzombieexodusPSstate). These are save states for other games you may have finished.
    • Right-click on the old key and select "Delete."
    • Deleting a few keys for games you no longer play should free up enough space for The War of the West to save properly.

Hello, does anyone know how I can make it so that the pictures are shown? Usually when I download from choice of mods I have to play through the browser with the index.html file, which is fine except the pictures are not shown. This one in particular has a lot of photos so I was wondering if there's a way to fix this problem? Also, I know I can view the photos in zArchiver but I'd prefer to see them in browser while I play
 
Most of the photos are in stats and glossary. The only picture in normal game is fight against Noyedas

Dan i am getting this error how to fix newStats line 413: Non-existent variable 'choice_purchased_adfree'

But you told me about the images. How come you can't play?

When downloading from choice of mods you usually (if not always) have to play the game in browser. You need to extract the apk file that you download, then open the assets folder -> index.html file and then you open it with a browser. You need a file manager app, I use ZArchiver from play store and I really like it. There is also a guide about it somewhere on the site, in case my explaination isn't too good.

The thing I don't always like is that you play the html version, so images aren't available in game/stats/glodary etc. You can still see the photos in ZArchiver in a separate folder after you extract, but it kinda ruins the imersiveness

I played it a while ago and i remember ( i even code read it ) . Thanks for the steps, although I found a post which gave the solution last week.
