For some reason I still can't unlock all the tribes. Some like the ghost council (can't find the calendar thing), the Red Talons, Hartwardens, and quite a few others just don't trigger. Also having issues with the triggering the vampire dlc (yes I played past the roadhouse chapter).

Do I need to be of a certain auspice to unlock certain tribes or is the game just somehow bugged?

The game itself is completely bug-free, as I demonstrated in the previous images. However, using certain mods in specific ways could potentially cause issues. While I haven't experienced this myself, it's likely the cause based on feedback from many others who have encountered problems. Also, you only need conviction for the clans, for example: Ghost Council needs Our Answer is our spirit OR The Litany has failed (idr how many points but change to max with the mod if needed)

So I've tried to restart the game at least 5 different times and tried different paths to access the Children of Gaia tribe to no avail as the option for the statues do not pop up. Includes regular playthrough with no quick saves or modding stats as well as actually quick saving and modding. Although I'm supposed to have "Our Answer is Spirit" or "We Can Still Win" and I usually have both, still nada. Is there a specific path I'm supposed to go or order of rescue I'm supposed to do to access those?

Yep this is the same issue I’m having. Can’t unlock tribes even though I have the convictions. Perhaps like Daniel said, using the mod can break the game? The only ways I’ve used the mod is to increase or decrease stats and to increase relationships. I’m going to try another run and not use the mod at all to see what happens.

That's just so weird. I have forgotten how many times I have replayed this, and I never had this problem. You don't need anything specific for the Children of Gaia in terms of the order of rescue; you simply need a minimum of two companions and either "Our Answer is Spirit" or "We Can Still Win." Even if you lack the necessary conviction, the clan option should still be visible, although it will appear in a greyed-out state.

I have my doubts about that. I use the mod when I play for the stats and the convictions. I only suggested that because it's the only explanation I can think of.
