I know this is not the place for this, but you're still not understanding the situation. I do hope you see this reply before it gets cleaned up by the mods, because you're not giving credits where it's due.
In case you can't read (hope that's not the case because it's a requirement for IF and visual novels), ces IS the original uploader of the Café Rouge latest version. Scroll up in that same request thread and read the replies. OP who made the request said the old version - by another uploader - was outdated. Then, the latest version was shared by ces in November last year.
Fast-forward to now, that latest version has been re-uploaded. By ces again. Not "someone else". ces re-uploaded their own file.
Which part of this ces-ception is so hard to understand for you? If you weren't aware, all of ces' uploads are own-bought which can't be found anywhere else, they're also not re-uploads from anyone else's files. It probably seems like I'm talking too much, however the forum might as well be dead if not for people who buy and share things they own, so it's best you understand the source of those files.
And next time you want something, speak up on Anime-sharing instead of waiting around for others to tag the uploader for you. I initially suspect you were megomi, though now I see you already had an account there with the same username. Yet you'd rather ask around here instead of saying anything there. Weird, anyway I've said my piece.
