Yup, so unfortunately it's better to wait.
Part 4 was indeed released but after every part ( post saving you have to start again from the main menu)
I know that but it keeps happening

Aside from the bugfixing there is also adding the new items, new upgrades, and probably other stuff.Can we please get the newest update bug fixed 4.0.10I really love the mod menu option
Just give it a while.

Idk y'all, if Dan's previous update release dates are anything to go by it might be months before the mod menu gets updated.
Which I don't really mind, I stopped years ago at part 2 before playing again. Don't mind waiting months or a year more to get the best experience I can.

Realistically the author jim has pushed 3 patches in a week so should be pretty soon
