Aura Clash: leaks, sneak peaks, memes and discussion thread.

What was the timeline on updates? How long before this one was the last? I hadn't seen aura clash in a long long time until this current update.

For me personally, I like to do:
  • 4 ships for deep sea salvage(salvage a ship)
  • 1 ship for piracy(capture a ship)
  • 3 ships for fishing(weak soul treasure)
  • Remaining ships to Merchant runs and Patrols(money + local rep)
That's kinda funny lol

I pretty much do the same thing as you, except that I put 4 ships for fishing and 3 for salvage.

And merchant is op as **** yeah
I don't see an playthrough where I don't choose it

Not quite 'combo elements', but something similar: when you fight Tian Fang in the Storm Gate, at some point she create a big claymore out of ice, and one of your options for countering it is to attempt to catch it. Normally, this just gives you like 3 wounds without a check, and having an element like Fire only reduces how many wounds you receive. However, if you specifically have the Ice element and the Akakiru style, you're actually able to grab the claymore and steal it from Fang without getting hurt.
Isnt there another element that lets you make a sword? Or am I thinking of a way to make your own ice sword?

"Corruption is for cowards"
"Corruption will get you killed"
"Corruption is the easy way"

I don't ****ing care, I am playing poker on the ship of my mind with the Bandit, the Scholar, Dreamdemona and the Wind Spirit.

That's right, my friend, don't fall for that JDF propaganda.

Why 3 for salvage? Pretty sure you need 4 to get a ship out of it.

Just saying but it's best to have atleast 4 for salvage for a chance to get a ship(Pretty sure it's guaranteed on the first salvage) and 3 for fishing to get +8 AP, +1 unlocking aura for civilian retainer and also a lesser soul treasure(Again pretty sure it's guaranteed on first trip). Personally 5 for salvage since it gives crates + gold and 3 for fishing and any extra for merchant or Herbalist option.

Btw you can have the merchant ship job for every path if you have a good relationship with Dou Nohal.

Also Herbalist is pretty close or superior in some ways honestly. In my main Kiihakai run with herbalist I can have 1700+ AP when reaching Nanhou and can get that to 1800+ before spending a single day.

Btw that's not counting the tiger soul treasure and +100AP earthly prowess pill still waiting to be consumed.

The true meta of the cultivation world. Be rich or be Walter White.

Hey they aren't mutually exclusive. You can set up a Bubblebrew business too which can be expanded. Just wait till we become Archons and visit another nation just to find it's become international with even dragons addicted to new versions we keep making.

Also I know it's for balancing reason but in a cultivation world Alchemists would be in top 3 richest profession. Its a shame we can't sell pills to get shards.

I'm don't really remember right now but yeah I used 3 instead of 4, and I somehow got some ships out of it?

Unless I'm tripping and I actually do use 4 for salvage.

Gonna check out my recent lunargoth run
I actually DO use 4 for salvage 2 for fishing and 1 for piracy.

I've always asked for those merchants for an extra ship.

But now I'm wondering if it's actually better to ask for the rest of the yang/ying artifact, do any of you who asked for that artifact can vouch for it?

It gives an +1 mastery to your element

It gives an +1 mastery to your two elements, if they are Ying and Yang.
I think the objective best thing you can ask for is commerce training, which results in both deception training and a stat manual.

I always get the yin/yang artifact because it synergizes with the other that you can get on the way there
