I feel like Reptile Yokai with Drake Bloodline should be able to pass Lunargoth Cultural Events (not racial like runes) like pronouncing Lunargoth names since they descend from Lunar Dragons. Does anyone else agree?
No since the pronouncing thing is made for the race not their culture so it doesn't make sense those dragons are part of their culture but they aren't the same race lol that event is a race event not cultural for a reason.

It's the opposite, no? It's because it's a part of Lunargoth culture that only actual Lunargoths can pronounce them? Just because a Reptile Yokai was descended from Lunar Dragons doesn't mean their family or bloodline actually kept up with Lunar culture. Like how just because your grandpa is Hispanic doesn't necessarily mean you speak a lick of Spanish.
