It can probably be understood that any waste products would vanish after turning back into their normal form even if it is seperate from the body.

However, if the Mido in question is a Water element user, they might be able to continuously produce an excess amount of p*ss in Titan form and maintain it even when they turn back

Furthermore, a Mido Yokai's sh*t in Titan form might even be considered the highest grade of fertilizer next to actual Dragon Prince sh*t

Mega golden shower is off limits it seems. Also, why wouldn't they have organs? Titans in Attack on Titan aren't really human, but are some giant creatures that became like human, in terms of their looks, due to them eating them, but that's not the case here
