Do we know why Mao doesn't just get a spirit roommate to get over his limits? As long as you don't slack off on soul cores it seems a net positive, they're not even that talkative (though that might just be our own) so it wouldn't be that intrusive to have. If you can't break it via enlightenment I don't see why you wouldn't try everything else. Maybe it's because he needs a much stronger spirit? But I think he could just cultivate a weaker one.

Then again, there could be even simpler ways to break your limit in the future. I doubt Jack and Leona have two voices in their head.

Absurdly rare to find one and high chance of getting taken over you have the mc buff lol if that wasn't enough the stronger and older you are the harder it is Mao would need 5 wind spirits instead of 1 to have a shot at breaking ml and it still might not happen.
There is no real way of breaking Ml as I previously talked about really it is the most luck based thing getting enlightened randomly or getting a spirit etc also something that worked for you doesn't mean it will work for me.

Don't they say the beasts will get taken away? I'm sure it's part of the reason Stallion trial is short as hell

Speaking of beasts, I've ruined the roc for myself because everytime we talk about it, I want to call it Tang Ruo. (It's what I named it)

Like I was legit about to say something like Tang Ruo would get jealous. And you'd have no idea what I was talking about!

Couldn't a JDF MC give people in their clan the Jade Lotus Foundation? Obviously the people who already have auras are out, but we just got a bunch of unpowered newbies in the clan.

Maybe if the MC remembered all their past lives and had 6000 years of experience like Eldra then yes.

Not anytime soon, but that’s just my assumption. It seems to be a Harmony thing that Eldra has perfected over centuries if not millenia. Plus like @Diamondhead has said before she’s at like 19k+ Aura Pressure, and that took her 2-3 centuries to acquire while already remembering all her past lives and knowledge while being a JDF.
 
Okay. So I have a Soulstealing weapon, Endless Beating and Lifesteal, so I should be getting +15 AP per enemy defeated. But I'm only getting 7. Is anyone else getting this bug? Is it because of Mortal Limits?

Taken away for disposal or taming. So there is a chance it may be possible.
