We already are peak houtian equivalent. I'm thinking that we got something more, something that really ups our strength. I don't know if you guys remember, but BP mc was beating anyone in their level, that scene where we go alone against all long chen's army really shows how op mc was. If we never got that Qi Physique, mc would still be top 2 atleast. Imagine how strong would we be if that coma had last only 1y. We literally reached peak houtian strength in 6 months. That's insane.

Just for the increased anticipation for that asura awakening. That physical strength is not even the best part. Crazy crazy. 1000175573.jpg

Speaking of power ups, isn't life very unfair for those who follow the path of the elements? Body has Asura and Void has basically become immune to its only counter, but Elements has nothing. In Elemental Dao the MC is all about flame thrower, water blast, ice spear and ice wall... I kind of expected MC to develop something like Avatar State or Elemental Incarnation (I don't know if anyone here has read End of the Magic Era, but it's something like Logia in One Piece, only better).

Elemental is a funny path mostly due to it's perk - obviously it's a commitment, but, if you have Martial Sovereign, it becomes one of more fun ways to play the game.
Narrative wise - it's still my favourite path, so, I might be biased. But I think it's on par with other two paths mainly of two things - representing balance for Saintly Wu Heirs and versatility.
I haven't tried Body or Space for new content, but I always liked how Elemental had extra options depending on your situation, like using fire against Rouge agents due to it being a counter against illusions and using water to reduce the damage from Tang bandit's suicide attack, to using ice as ranged attack against your rebels.
It might not be the most powerful, but you always do different things with it, to the point of having extra options that bamboozle your opponents - I think it's very fun way to play.
I am not really concern with "power level" of paths, Obviously Body path having a legendary Transformation up it's sleeve is a very big thing for the end game, but it won't mean the said endgame will be impossible or unsatisfying for other paths, unless you just don't vibe with the said dao in the first place.

Yeah. I thought that the elemental path card would be using the Sacred Yin physique of Ai. But you don't need chu aiguo anymore for that. Maybe there will be some kind of gift that chu aiguo will give elemental path mc, yk before his execution.

I like all three. Thanks to Aang, Elemental is also my favorite, I also like its versatility. But I'm a simple man, sheer power is what I want most, so I find the lack of a boost a bit sad and unfair.

that's understandable, Body is still my least favourite path but, again, these things are subjective.
I think Niki confirmed that the next Elemental level up will be Lightning so I'm sure it will get a raw power boost with it.

Not really. I made this estimate of power considering that at the time the MC absorbed some Qi for the first time and became Qi Refinig he/narrator mentioned that he already had at least the strength of an MH.

(Sorry it took me so long to reply)
