There is a reason why Tang Wei said that Ruo almost tempted him to stay in the world and take him as a disciple in a Q/A. And again in the new update (though not to Ruo). It wasn't one or the other. He could have both lived while making us a cultivator if he wanted too
Honestly, I think you're overestimating the strength TW had back then. Considering he needed such an elaborate plan just to try to escape the world he was in, and that his core was damaged, I'd say yes — he was weaker than LB at that time. Isn’t LB an Immortal Lord or something like that?
Besides, even if for some reason he was stronger, it doesn’t matter anyway. TW lost all his resources—or at least that’s what was implied when his ring was destroyed. LB surely still has hers, so her being able to create cultivators much more easily than TW at that time isn’t illogical. In fact, it’s consistent with her level and possible resources.
Since, as someone mentioned, all cultivators in Poma have TW’s blood — something that seems to make the process possible.
Not disagreeing with any point or opinion, just correcting some misconceptions that even I had at one time.
Your reasoning is sound and almost correct. If it were a few weeks ago, I would agree 100%. But that's not really the case, surprisingly.
Believe it or not, even crippled, TW was still at a level that LB couldn't even compare to. And in fact, she didn't/doesn't have more resources than TW; in fact, she has less, since TW's own body is possibly one of the best materials in the universe, and even disregarding this, in the world of POMA, LB only has the resources of POMA, since she can't access this world or send anything to it.
If that was true TW would have just opened a portal and left the POMA world instead of him planning to wait for 6k years. TW body was also so valuable that TW planned to immediately abandon it for one of his recarination bodies as soon as he could

To be fair, if his plan went into fruition, he'd basically be retreading the path of cultivation again, but now with the knowledge that comes having managed to reach godhood and living millions of years while also having who knows what kind of treasures he could've created using the body of a GOD.
It'd be a way easier climb to the top than before, that's for sure. Who else could've bragged they reached godhood twice?
Besides, I don't think healing himself was in the cards, why else would he need vessels to transfer for if he can just heal himself to the level of power of a Nascent Soul so he could get auto-kicked from the realm by the Heavens?
TW only cared about getting his wife back (before he had to relive his entire life). He wouldn't give a f*ck about bragging rights if it would even slighty slow him down. Also TW inner thoughts was that he planed to do it because his body is too injury sticken yeah

The path wouldn’t be easier just because he has knowledge. In fact, you could even say it would be much harder than the first time, depending on how you see it. With all the damage he caused, he probably has enemies so powerful that no matter what kind of knowledge he has, he would simply die. And if I remember correctly, it took him millions of years to reach godhood the first time, right? Sure, it’s possible he could do it again, but the path could be easier or harder — and considering that Heaven hates him, it might actually be harder.
In fact, it would be the same path the MC would have to walk once he leaves POMA, so he’d probably only reach godhood with maximum plot armor — especially after all the enemies TW left behind, and he doesn’t even have all his knowledge or resources. But it’s not like we’re going to see that part, unless plans change and the story continues beyond the world of POMA.
I thought all cultivators could do that once they gained a Golden Seed, I think it usually start around Core Formation or something like that, I remember reading that before.
Even Ruo is already starting to be able to do something similar — or at least that’s what the rock scene seemed to imply.

They can, but not like the MC. It's like friend @Supreme said, too much energy. Not even immortals do this; for them, it's much better to just create their own personalized spells and arts, but even in this case, it's not as dynamic and natural as what the MC does.
And, according to Nicky, Dao Seed doesn't usually start for ordinary CF people, it starts much later.
I'm guessing that this is due to ruo's dao child thing that makes it so that he also have an innate aversion to the arts in poma's world like the mc does because of the whole chaos origin physique and the dao seed

Well rn a 3v3 tourney viewing , stats, pills and talents got a rework along with arena fights and post expo fights and a week or so we'll get the 3v3/1v3 against the twins and muchen along with some other minor events
My understanding is this regarding TW's death. He was crippled and weak yes, but he's still a god. 1% of a god should be immense for even the strongest immortals. I think LB or the dream god mentions that TW's divine spark was destroyed, and that the divine spark is what he formed to become a god in the first place. So without that, he gradually weakens to eventually die. The Heavens was probably playing the long game since they could not outright kill TW. Without his divine spark, TW couldnt maintain his godhood so he concocted the poma project and sent out pieces of himself to form partial clones all over poma world. Of all these clones, only 3 survived. Even then only 2 were suitable for TW's plan, or so it would seem. Heaven's found out about this plan and instead of stopping it, they tried to acquire the chaos origin physique by making MC a soulless husk or an 'angel' while still inside mom. Due to grandpa's meddling and the sacrifice of Chao and mom, MC was able to escape from both the heavens and the influence of TW during his first 19 years of life. Now whether the plan of grandpa was to save MC from TW or the heavens or from both is debatable. But seeing how TW was sure grandpa meddled in his plan, we can say grandpa atleast plotted against TW.
Now the danger zone arc came. Since MC was just another TW without his memories, The real TW's soul and MC's soul was subjected to some kind of resonance since they are one and the same. Since MC had void in regards to TW's memories, this resonance filled that void by borrowing memories from TW. Due to this both experienced TW's memories although for some reason MC only dreamt a handful of moments while TW relived his entire life. Grandpa's plot has struck TW knowingly or unkowningly. TW reliving all his losses, started to experience his pain in fresh. This essentially causes him to get depressed. TW in a unusual moment of sentimentality or is it? recreates MC's body with a very high quality cultivator body by killing all the qi golems in the danger zone using their qi for it. I still dont see the purpose of him making us drink his blood. Then TW allegedly commits suicide. This causes ripple effects and thus ensues the fight among gods and immortals to acquire poma and subsequently his remains.

I dont remember if his spark was destroyed but he wasnt dying the reason he made the poma plan was to get another gods attention and because killing 100m mortals for qi was too inefficient and the clone part he just needed a new body his was too damaged and probably would be better to get a new one instead of spending qi to restore it he would still be god in the new body. Im not gonna touch the scheming part but the reason he made us drink his blood was to create a perfect body for cultivation and high quality is an understatement our body is comparable to ones children of gods have
